• This is a 9 hour NRA certification course.
• Teaches the roles and responsibilities of a Range Safety Officer (RSO) including Range Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), range inspection, range rules, range briefings, emergency procedures, firearm stoppages and malfunctions.      
• Each Range Safety Officer Candidate will receive an RSO Student Study Guide.
  
• This is not a shooting class.
  

Deposits may be paid via USPS. See NRA website for deposit information. Course fee does not include NRA processing and certification fees of $26 for NRA members or $36 for non-members.

Check the NRA website below to determine the date of the next scheduled class. If you do not see a RSO class scheduled, contact USA Training Academy about your interest to obtain your RSO certification.   

PLEASE NOTE:  Certifications are issued by the NRA training department.  Therefore you will pay tuition to USA Training  Academy for the course and additional certification and processing fees payable to the NRA.

• Once registered for the NRA Instructor for Chief Range Safety Officer – Instructor Led Only course then complete the NRA Pre-Course questionnaire.
